Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Process

  •         1. Contact us through our Contact Us page
  •         2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  •         3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  •         4. Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping)
  •         5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
